Contract that never ends

<p>I had a 24 month contract that was supposed to end in May. I filled in the cancellation form in April to make sure it did not extend. Since then I have been charged every month and told numerous times they did not get the cancellation. I have sent it over and over again after. I have called and emailed so many times. Today again I sent it all. I was told it would be "escalated". No response, no feedback. Nothing. And then each month they charge me still.</p>
