CONTRACT THAT ENDED BUT STILL BEING BILLED EVEN TODAY

I took a uncapped WiFi contract with Telkom in 2017, which expired in 2019. I continued with them on month to month for 12 months. When I was supposed to cancel the contract on my request, I was told that I am owing, however they have been taking debit orders from my account for the whole 12 months. I stopped the debit order because I was not owing them. As of now, I am sitting with R16 836,77 which they say I am owing them. Good people , be careful with Telkom. They are a bunch of *******. Run away. They will never get my business again.
