CONTRACT TERMINATED ,SETTLED CONTRACT PHONE BLOCK

I terminated my Telkom contract,shortly after settling the balance,my mobile phone got block where it didn't have network coverage,when I took it in for repairs I was informed it's out of warranty/when we came to the verdict it wasn't I was told to take it to Samsung which has returned it unfixed stating that the service provider blocked it's IMEI no. And been communicating with a consultant for over a month still hasn't been resolved/received any help I've paid over 13k for a phone that isn't working my time is just been constantly wasted by TELKOM
