Contract taken out under pretense

<p>I signed up for a contract in November for the Huawei P9 Lite. The package includes an USB flashdrive which I never received. On signing of the contract the consultant, David Mbekwa advised me he didnt add it on the documents otherwise he couldnt give the phone to me as it comes as a package deal. He promised me he'll call me in the week when they have stock as they were currently out of stock. On not hearing from him, in the week, I called and emailed several times, with no answer. I then called the call centre and they advised me they'll pass the message on to the branch manager. The following week, I went to the shop, only to find out the branch is closed and another store was going to occupy the space? I went to the Tygervalley branch and the consultant advised me that they are unable to help me as they also do not know where David was stationed now. I am highly disgusted that I wasnt informed the store is closing down and that my contract was signed under pretense. I explained to David that I needed a phone urgently for my daughter as she was ****** a few days back, and her being a student she also needed the flash drive as hers was also taken when she was ******. This consultant was eager for a sale and failed to give me all the information surrounding my contract. I feel I was forced into signing something which I wasnt explained about... </p> <p> </p>
