Contract still not cancelled after a month of complaining on Hello Peter

I wrote a review last month about Telkom Mobile not cancelling my contract despite several attempts made to do so and someone from Telkom advised that they will get back to me soon, over a month and still nothing and they are still deducting from my account. I advised that I cannot call them as I am overseas and they advised that I can submit a cancellation form electronically which I did and that was in January this year, 4 months later, they are still deducting even though my form was receipted, for the 3 times that I have sent it through. Contract number is ***. I cannot believe this service!!! I will not advise anyone to take Telkom mobile after this.
