Contract still not cancelled

<p>I cancelled my contract (telkom Mobi) on the 15th of january 2016 with the assistance of a lady called Petronella Mthethwa. The cancelation request was also sent to another lady called Nontuthuko Phungula as well as ********** . To my surprise i was still getting billed months later. I called in and requested that this be cancelled and that i get a refund for those months, i was then requested to resend the documents again. This has happened twice but my problem still cant get resolved. it is frustrating paying for reccuring monthly fees when the **** thing was cancelled already in january!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
