contract still not cancelled

Two weeks ago I filled a form in at Clearwater mall to cancel my tablet contract. I was promised a call within 48 hours to confirm cancellation. I am still waiting. I am not interested in excuses cancel the contract immediately. This is just for the TABLET!! My ID ***
