Contract signed and Product not delivered : 1 year plus !!!!!

I got 2 data contracts from the Sandton branch , The consultant had said it would be a month before the antenna is available as Telkom is out of Stock. I was patient .... I have been to store and told there is nothing they can do i need to contact the call centre. Basically they can do contracts and hook you but cannot assist once that is done!

That was August 2016. Every week i contact the call centre with NEW reference number and promise to resolve this. April " Moenieb and Sikelelwa" said it would be resolved ( Ai ********** ) and i got my hopes up

I have emailed and called plenty times and NOBODY seems to be interested in resolving this " small problem" as they hope it will go away.I have been debited R 799 every month for unlimited internet that doesn't hold... I NEED to get the antenna OR get MY account Credited. A year later , i plan to start reversing debits as they go out... i will seek advise and see if anyone notices and maybe then i will get attention.
