**** Contract selling and not wanting people to cancel

I received a call from Mondo a company selling Telkom contracts on Telkom’s behalf. Long story short, I tell this guy that I want 20GB of data and they send me two simcards (I’m thinking one is for daytime and one for night time) as their contracts are structured as such... turns out the son of gun registered me for two 20G contacts!! I mean if I wanted 40GB I would have opted for such a contract, iv been debited twice for something thats wasn’t my doing!

I went to telkom twice, 1st time (july) i was told to cancel over the phone which I did but im still being charged!! 2nd time (September) im told im gona be charged 400 for cancellation of one simcard. ***??????? Some one must fix this
