Contract Running for 26 Months

Order #***A is a cancellation of service for an expiring contract in July 20 but as per Telkom my contract ends in Sept 20. I signed a new contract in July 18 and no where on there did it state that the contract date does not change, i.e. I renewed 2 months early. Is that lawful and why am I unable to log a complaint with any of their staff to clarify.
