Contract rip-off

<p>In november i took out a closed contract for huawei P8 lite for an agreed amount of R149 per month, i also asked for no additional allowance on my data and minutes as i can not afford to pay more than the agreed amount of R149, all was well for thwe first few months, for the last 3 months my installement increased tonR349 which is more than twice contract amount agreed amount, every month i have to query and be promised its now sorted will be reversed and now its 3 months hearing the same thing, worst part when i call i am not the only one complaining about this even the facebook page is evidence, for 3 months have been paying 349 instead of 149 as agreed. They claim i agrred to additionals charges which i did not, if i agreed kindly prove this as all calls are recorder</p>
