Contract price fluctuation

Is Telkom ****ming me or what's happening with the fluctuations of contract prices. I don't get full service of the data I pay for every month and yet the price hike every month is ridiculous. I'm supposed to pay R600 for interest sake but I tell you now it's the third month and I have never paid that amount. Every moth I pay double my actuals. When you call you don't get assisted properly. Worse they add R250 if they didn't get their money. I get paid month end and they always say they got insufficient funds on the 1st. This is the worst. I complained about the coverage and they took 6 weeks to fix when I negotiated for a discount they said I was receiving data on a daily. The data that was unable to even send a WhatsApp message "Hi". I'm so unhappy with their services. They are greedy. Be careful of Telkom
