Contract phone with no SIMCARD

I did my mobile contract online, biggest mistake ever. It took the courier company 8days to deliver my phone, gave them all the RICA documents they needed but guess what i have a phone that doesn't even have a simcard. Tried to reach out via messenger no help still :order numberI got my device yesterday order number :THD***2 opened the device no Simcard, i am notbsure if i am the crazy 1 here or what. I feel like cancelling this joke of a contract
