Contract Phone Telkom Mobile.

I recently visited Istore for telkom mobile contract which i couldnt get contract from Istore. Declined my application after it went for review at Telkom.

It happened someone used my ID to get contract phone at Telkom, but i have submitted my avidavit to Telkom showing then is not who *****ed them. 2018/08/07 my name is cleared.

But now Telkom they dont want to take Telkom contract even if my name is cleared by them.

They rejected my application under Istore on the 2023/02/17, but i can not die for something i have done. They violate my rights as consumer, particularly after i was exonerated by them.

They have to remove my name on their system as i as not their costumer.
