Contract phone still out of stock!

Very disappointed with Telkom customer service. I took a phone on contract and I have been waiting for it for a month now! When I was at the store I was told it would not take long but now no matter how many times I call I am still told a bunch of stories. This is so inconveniencing. Telkom needs better service. So disappointing man.
