Contract Phone not delivered but account debited

I bought huawei P10 lite online and then added Wifi router when the sales person contacted me. the sales person advised it will take roughly 3 - 5 days for me to receive the phone. the sale was made on the 5th of February. I Contacted Telkom on the 8th just to find out how far my order was and the lady who assisted me told me the phone was not ordered she will have to redo the sale. To cut the story short... today its the 13th February and i received only the router not phone. when i contacted Telkom sales i was told the phone was never ordered so the lady assisting me said she is ordering the phone and she also can see that the debit order went through even though no phone was ordered on the system.So Annoyed... i havent even started using the phone yet and im not happy with Telkom
