Contract phone

I requested telkom to terminate my contract spoke Zimkhitha Ntombana whom assisted me very well,however tyhings didnt go according to plan and i called the following day and requested cancellation to be reversed and i spoke to Sibusiso Msimanga whom said he will come back to me as soon as he has confirmed witrh his manager if its possible to re activate de contract and latter send me n email reading

but to my surprise on the 1st i ddint recieve data and i am now unable to make telkom to telkom calls and my phones are now on prepaid
