Contract penalties and poor communication

The only thing they're quick at is to give people penalties. No service at all, even if you try to communicate with them, they'll never respond to your emails. I've been billed for penalties without even an sms to notify me of the payment that happened to bounce back into my account. I regret renewing my contract with this company and I'll never recommend it to anyone. Once there's a problem they don't attend as they want everything to result to penalties. I've never had such a bad experience like this one. I've been a very great client and never gave them a problem when it comes to paying but they take advantage in the end.
