Contract package amount misleading

<p>First when I received my phone from Telkom it was delivered over 10 days then expressed. Which they had already taken a protata of R449 which is the package amount. I receive a bill now with a R200 activation fee and my package amount is R635 instead of 449 I called them and they say the amount added on to the package is a pro rata fee. How can you still money rip of customers and take two differnt pro rata fees. This is unheard off. Then after doing this they also refused to insure my phone after 7 days of which I was calling their call centre with no luck to get my phone insured. Too think I left my network to join telkom was the worst decision.</p>
