CONTRACT OPENED WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S KNOWLEDGE BY ERICA POTGIETER

<p> Erica Potgieter has opened a new contract for me without my knowledge , no one has comminucated with me with regards to this , according to me THIS IS ***** !!!! , we have sent her an email below last week Thursday the 9th February to clarify this matter as my contract is active from the 31st January . I the customer only found out on the 9th when i went to the store to inquire about the credit on my account . I AM BEING BILLED FOR A SERVICE I DONT KNOW & NEVER SIGNED FOR !!!!!</p> <p>I received an email from a lady called Lindiwe Jele that reads "on 23 January 2017. “with regards to the above mentioned case, customers services were cancelled due to non-payment. If customer is interest in the contract, please note that the customer must re-apply for new services.” I HAVE NEVER RE APP**** FOR ANY SERVICES </p> <p>Can someone / ERICA POTGIETER Please respond to my emails or give me an urgent call on ********** today as i am on the verge of opening a ***** case against her , where did she get the authority to open a new contract without informing me ?
