contract on something that is not suitable for my area

Yesterday I purchased a contract for a Huawei mobile wi fi E5573 on telkoms site it shows that I am covered in my area with this item but when I got home and installed the item it was up and down up and down on and off - off most of the time so obviously my area is not covered with this item now I have signed a contract and its of no use to me what do I do now ???
