Contract not closed

I still have a problem with Telkom, I received an invoice last month of a contract that is supposedly closed as i had spoken to many agents from telkom to cancel this damn contract and they tell me they will escalate it to be cancelled but never received a confirmation that it is closed. I am writing this review because I got billed in December, I just received another invoice due this month, and this contract i have cancelled in October. Launa from Telkom social team called and told it will be cancelled. Telkom services is **** for real, people have been telling bu never listened. I want a refund for my the bill of December as it unauthorized, I don't want any of their service anymore....Hello Peter, Please HELP!
