contract not cancelled unprofessional service at s
I filled in cancellation forms regarding my cellphone contracts 3 months ago at Telkom Pmb Midlands Liberty mall. I went to the store regarding this termination and to go onto prepaid so that I could port my number due to the terrible service. The staff there were rude and unprofessional. I have not received any info with regards to the cancellation of my contract. I'm totally disgusted by the poor service.
