Contract not cancelled after a month

On 11 December I went in store to cancel my contract and go over to pre-paid as my 24 month contract had expired. I was told that someone would phone me to confirm the cancellation scheduled for 31 January 2016. Two weeks later, I phoned Telkom to follow up, but was told that the cancellation dept. cannot be reached, I have to wait for them to phone me. <br> <br> It is a month later, and I have still not been contacted by them. In the meantime, they have increased my billing charges.
