Contract not cancelled

I logged a cancellation of my contract on 1 July 2019 (it’s already past the 24 month contract period). It still has not been cancelled! I get pushed from pillar to post at all the different call centre’s and cannot get any assistance from call centre, walk in stores or even social media. I just want this contract cancelled and debit order cancelled as well.
