Contract not cancelled

App**** for a contract at telkom and when finished i then phoned to cancel it. i was only supprised when applying for a house when told that i am having a judgement for telkom. i then phoned them to understatnd what went wrong and was told that my contract was not cancelled and i am owing them R1000 couple
