Contract not being honored

Having problems with my telkom bill. It's supposed to be R199 lockdown promo for the first 6 months but I'm paying crazy amounts like R1700, R1500 every month its diffrenent. I would not recommend telkom to anyone. I've been calling them for the last 3 month and the can't help me and don't want to stop my debit order. Can someone give me advice
