Contract not as promised

Telkom sold fibre to me last year October, advertising that if I sign up I get a R500 Takealot voucher. I am almost 5 months into the contract and no voucher. Now they tell me that the vouchers are depleted???? It was one of the reasons why I signed the contract. Please cancel my contract
