Contract paid and was not canceled and been going circles

Abd came to the shop in 2024 and requested for the outstanding balance on the contract a
nd was told ur was R1862 and did payment on the 24/09/2024
And was told it was canceled and ladies in pavilion said they can see it has been payed and will be cancelled, till Today I'm going circles and this had effected my UR and need this to be done and going to all branches and thry keep telling me it will be resolved they have called. And have proof of payment for the payment and want the settlement letter because I feel that this is not my fault but Telkom and there staff
