Contract lies.

<p>I recently took a mobile contract with Telkom mobile. I asked regarding my free charging pad on the contract and was then advised that it wasn't running as a package at the time. When I checked with in the 14 day period which ends today 8 August 2017 I found that it was actually part of the deal. On returning to Telkom mobile they advised me that the reason I didn't get the charging pad is because the deal didn't update on the system. This was 5 days after they started advertising the deal. This is totally unacceptable. The price I'm paying is exactly the same and the terms are the same. I do not believe I should not receive the deal because of a system not updating 5 days later. Up until this point I was happy with Telkom even if they were imperfect. Now I am utterly upset with this. I will attempt to escalate this and find a suitable outcome.</p>
