Contract Lapsed - Cancellation: Useless and *********** at Best!

If I could give a 0 star review I would

Telkom Mobile is completely useless

Firstly, they incorrectly captured my contract start data as 2021 when it should’ve been 2019. I raised a request to cancel my contract as it has expired only to be told that the contract is newly incepted and that I would be charged a cancellation fee

I finally managed to cancel my service and was told that there would be no cancellation fees, but I received an invoice for the device of R25,000!!!

This is a breach of contract on Telkom’s end and is simply unacceptable. I have had to endure 2 additional months of payments (almost R4,000) in order to cancel and now I am being charged a cancellation fee which is incorrect as the contract is 27 months old!

The incompetence at Telkom is mind blowing and nobody seems to be able to help me no matter how many queries I log

Catch a wake up Telkom and correct the issue!!!
