Contract forfeiture & Cancellation - I never signed or placed my signature for a 24 month contract

I know received a bill with an amount for Contract forfeiture.

Provide me with proof of my signature for the 24 month contract?!?!?!?! I never signed any 24 month contract with Telkom and NO ONE informed me that it will be a contract
