Contract Forfeiture

I moved house and ask telkom to move my contract as well. They then opened a new account where I had to pay for 2 contracts. The 1 contact was canceled but charged a 'Contract Forfeiture' R 3000.00 ???? What telkom, you messed up now I must pay. [URL Removed] after compliant and still I sit with unwanted bills.
