Hi. On 18 April 2017 at 12:27 I spoke to Thato Ngake who advised me that my contract with Telkom will end end of May 2017 to which I have send an instruction (cancellation form) for my contract NOT to be extended beyond this date 31 May 2017 and for my number to be converted to a prepaid. Today to my surprise Nthaki Tsuputse states that my contract end on 23 June 2017 NOT on 31 May 2017. I do NOT want to be associated with Telkom longer than I am supposed to. It seem that each time I speak to your consultants I keep on getting contracting info. When I asked for the retrival of the call with Thato Ngake, Nthaki told me to take Telkom to court as advised by her team leader as they will not release this call to myself without a court order. Is that so? I need your response in writing before taking this matter further to either ICASA or the CIPC. This is unacceptable. I have every right to access any information your company stored about me.

Good day Florence,
We sincerely apologize for the wrong information provided by the 1st consultant you spoke to.
We cannot have the contract cancelled before the end date as it will generate termination penalty.
Your contract end date is the 24/6/17, you need to give 30 days notice for cancellation.

Busi

Best regards,
Your 2nd consultant said 23 June 2017 now you are saying 24 June 2017 which is which. There is alot of inconsistency with the information provided by Telkom. I am going to taking this matter further to ICASA. This is unacceptable.

Today to my surprise Nthaki Tsuputse states that my contract end on 23 June 2017 NOT on 31 May 2017. I have already sent you notice to cancel my contract upon the expire date communicated to me on 18 April 2017.
