Contract expired but not the debit orders

Telkom has to be the worst service provider I have ever come across. They expect you to honour your contact but they do not honour their part. I struggled with connection on many occasions and had to rely on other service providers in order to work. My 2 year contract with them has finally ended but I am still getting debited. I regret ever walking into a Telkom Store.
