Contract expired but debt order continue

My friend Thulani Ximba had a contract phone with Telkom, they called him last year about renewing contract so he told them, he doesnt want to have contract. They told him that he must not be surprised cause the debt order will continue. He have to reverse the money from his bank monthly because of Telkom refusing to be declined by client. They force him to continue with the contract but he was not even happy with the service. His number is *** for clarification.
