Contract expired

Good day I'm very unhappy with Telkom customer service there's no number to dial to speak to a consultant, my contract is due for an upgrade 28 November 2021 but it says that the contract expires on 28 November 2023 meaning I have to pay for the same phone for 4 years, I tried calling and emails but received no answer or call backs to correct the expiration date on my contract, the customer service is the worst and I can't pay for the same device for 4 years but its a 24 month contract thats just bogus...
