Contract ended

In 2019 I was contacted by Mondo representing Telkom for a 24months data sim card contract, which end in August 2021. Telkom has been deducting funds even after the contract ended thought they have deactivated their sim card. Send a couple of emails with no luck to respond, just yesterday I reversed R1199. Nonsense
