contract ended
I'm dissapointed due to telkom services.My contract has ended in november and i've emailes neccesary documents those were required to be emailed but still they haven't cancelled my contract. I spoke to a supervisor her name is zandile magwaza after i spoke to 5 agents,she promised me that she'll assist me and she'll get back to me.when i try to email her.She doesn't get back to me .i'm not pleased at all regarding this poor service i got
