Contract End Date & Billing Enquiry

Hi,

On the 1/12/2020 I've put in a request to cancel my contract for the the number ***. I've followed up numerous times to make sure that it's still the case and I've been told yes my contract will be closed on the 1/01/2021. But to my surprise I see that it's still working and now I'm worried that i'll be charged for data which I intended to close. I need to understand when exactly will my contract be closed off because I can't afford to pay for this service any longer? Also how much will I be charged for this current month of January? I need this number to be converted to prepaid once it's no longer on contract.
