Contract dispute

Hello Peter,I would like to thank you for your immediate response regarding Mondo contracts.however Mondo distance itself my issue saying its only doing packagings for Telkom then hands over for accounts. I have been visiting Telkom outlets in Vaalmall to no luck and phoning Customer help line that I would hold for long without help.
