Contract dishonesty

Telkom is really becoming the worst network to deal with. I have had double deductions from them for my home Fibre and at some point I was told there's nothing that can be done by their customer service agents, shows how much they care honestly. Recently I saw the 23ultra on contract with a watch and potential earbuds as one deal. When I get to the Telkom Hillcrest store I was denied the watch and earbuds blatantly without even trying to place an order. In my haste I was forced to buy the phone alone but Id still love for that deal to be honoured. Poor poor poor service from Telkom.
