Contract declined and delivered

I placed an order for a Huawei router with 40 gb of data per month online on 20 September. Someone called me to confirm all my details for the order and I got an sms stating they are processing the order. After 2 week nothing happened and I called Telkom to find out what is going on with my order and they told me it was declined due to credit and coverage availability. Last week I Wednesday I got a call from Telkom calling me to follow up on the order and I told her I was advised that the order was declined and I took out a Vodacom contract instead.

This morning I got an sms with details from a courier company with a tracking number for the router from Telkom. I don’t want this anymore as I was told it was declined and I took out another contract with Vodacom.
