Contract Debit Order

I app**** online for a contract cellphone late last year (2019) and the applications was unsuccessful. However, Telkom have been deducting money from my account for the same contract that I didn't even get a phone or a sim card for. How can they just deduct money even If I don't have contract with them? This must end.
