Contract deal

About 2 weeks i requested a call for a contract subscriotion with mondo for telkom for a deal of R99 a month for a data of 10G . Firstly i recieved my sim card after a week then when i got it i was told that i will be active after 24 hours . Its been 8 days now till today its not active . I went to telkom was told there is no data with the card. I called mondo i was told they do not have my details with them that im giving them now im scared that money will be deducted from my account comes month end and i have not even recieved data with telkom or mondo please assist .
