Contract deadline not met

I would really love to congratulate telkom on their amateurish service.. On how we as black people are treated... I thought that money is money, but it seems like i was incredibly wrong i recently ordered online and everything was approved, my other friend took the same deal.. And stays around but his package was delivered 2days ago meanwhile im still waiting for my order so I would like to know if i should cancel the order or will Telkom atleast inform us.. Cause we not physics or can't smell when are they coming to bring it... This poor business ethics or an very disingenuous level.. I mean payments must be made by time.. Meanwhile service delivery is low low low.. That's very amateurish.. Of Telkom dink net... Eks nie bly oor ales
