Contract data

Hi my name is Lazarus I'm a Telkom customer since from 2013 till now. But I'm currently disappointed about their service. Normal every Month they give me 10Gb according to the contract I have with them. Last month they debited my account but they never top up my data of which is 10GB. I've call them on Monday to ask what's happening they've said I must wait 72 hours till today I'm still waiting.
