I cancelled my 8ta account telephonically and then nothing happened then in writing on 28 May 2015.<br> 28 May Mahlatse from TM-Soc asks for number, although it was in the cancellation request.<br> 28 May I reply stating the number is in the cancellation request<br> 28 May TM-Soc requests number again<br> 29 May I reply number is in cancellation<br> 08 Jun Mahlatse emails retentions and informs them of the number and the requested cancellation<br> 10 Jun Retentions Mail me and say there is a specific form required and attaches it<br> 10 Jun I send back filled out form, indicating that the cancellation date is 28 may as the terms and conditions stipulate \in writing"not \"" on specific form from telkom only available on request\""<br> 22 Jun Mahlatse forwards mail on to retentions requesting them to assist.<br> 26 Jun Mahlatse mails retentions again still not cancelled<br> 20 Jul Khanyisile Maphanga confirms it has been processed<br> Now nu Debt wants money"
