Contract cancelled in April but stil active

I'm writing this in anger because I just noticed that I'm still paying for a Telkom contract that I cancelled more than seven months ago. I forwarded the cancellation form to Lodamaine Johnson on the 12 of April. I phoned Telkom yesterday and the email I was given doesn't go through. My account number is ********** 11.
