Contract cancelled however still billed

Years ago i had a landline contract with Telkom. However due to the bad weather 17th September '17, my line never worked. I contacted the mighty provider, Telkom, and i was told the lines were ******. Cool i was told to opt for wireless, which i took after i had cancelled the original contract i had had with them. '18, '19 & '20 I've been communicating with Telkom to hage my name removed from ITC. To my greatest surprise this year 2021, I'm still listed as if i owe Telkom money, since Iwas billed even after cancelation, and no one seems to know how to have it resolved. Can someone from the relevant dept contact me urgently, as I am going crazy due to your incompetence and lack of service.
